In general the video should be a good quality file. Our system automatically transcodes the source file into multiple files that fit for each device.

Quality requirement

• The image should preferably be a real photo and cannot contain text or any other important information. Ideally the edges or ends of the photo should not contain any important illustration.

Technology

• We only accept raw creatives, hence no VAST tags or similar redirects. VAST tags are fully supported by the Outstream format.

• You can still send separate tracking assets (image pixels) for event tracking purposes like but not limited to : start, first quartile, mid, third quartile and complete.
